I'm one of those people who doesn't believe in coincidence. My life's journey has shown me to always trust the signs life gives. After a path and life experiences that were often difficult, where I lost or mistreated myself more than once, I decided it had to become my "catalyst." I began my personal development journey over 15 years ago, starting with seminars, courses and trainings that spoke to me instantly, as if I already carried these healing tools within me. The power of the mind, the law of attraction, meditation, my intuition and the power of gratitude have always been the tools I use and share to heal and cultivate deep, everyday wellbeing.
